Knowledge and experience:
- Senior leadership experience, gained in one or more sectors that are relevant to the charity including the charity and voluntary sector, the NHS and wider healthcare, and the public sector.
- Experience of designing and delivering a strategy, with a track record of being innovative and creative in how an organisation delivers impact.
- Experience of building, developing and maintaining relationships at the most senior-levels across a range of organisations.
- Experience of working with a highly capable Board and building collaborative working relationships across an organisation.
- Experience of building sustainable commercial propositions and being strategic in identifying new opportunities for commercial development.
Skills, abilities and personal qualities:
- Ability to provide strong, entrepreneurial and inspirational leadership internally and externally and to build relationships with a variety of people from senior leaders across NHS and Government, to volunteers and frontline staff in health and care.

- Ability to use data and evidence to develop strategy and monitor its delivery.
